1994 
Electronics activities are commenced. Turnover was 10 MSEK.

Training & Education in CAD started. Turnover was 48 MSEK. 

1997 
Establishment of USA-office in Virginia Beach, VA. Turnover was 94 MSEK.

The XDIN AB group is founded. Active in IT- and system development sectors. Turnover was 107 MSEK. 

1999 
Acquisition of Kestra, active in simulation and logistics. Turnover was 122 MSEK.

2000 
Acquisition of MBM active in the field of business development with the Business
Modeler® software program. Acquisition of Tadco, active in vehicular embedded systems. ISO-certification for 9001 and 14001. Turnover was 139 MSEK.

2001 
Bure Equity become part-owners in Xdin. Turnover was 173 MSEK.

2002 
Start of the Child Watabaran Center Nepal environmental school for street children in Kathmandu, Nepal. Turnover was 179 MSEK.

2003 
Establishment of Stockholm office. Turnover was 200 MSEK.

2004 
Company once again private-owned through an MBO from Bure Equity. Turnover was 233 MSEK.

2005 
Continued strong growth and good profitability. Average growth since foundation of the company circa 60 percent per annum, for the last three years circa 18 percentage per annum. Turnover was 290 MSEK.

2006 
Celebration of 15-years jubilee. Turnover was 310 MSEK.

2007 
The Dutch vehicle leasing company LeasePlan enters into a sponsorship arrangement for CWCN through the purchase of land in order to build another school
