Commitment that distinguishes
The Xdin model creates the best conditions for keeping and stimulating the employees’ commitment by giving everyone the freedom to develop in their own direction. It builds on openness and honesty and amongst other things it gives the freedom to choose ones own assignments, performance-related salary, a greater self-responsibility as well as an understanding for our busines logic. The best proof we have of our unusually expansive involvement is our very high score on the “contented customer” index.

Competence
Our business idea builds on developing and delivering the right competence for our customers within a multitude of different areas. In order to match the right competence with the right assignment, the consultant may select his or her own assignments. In this way we ensure that the customer feels confident with what we deliver. We do not set any limits on personal development at Xdin. Through a coaching management style and generous opportunities for further education each employee can determine their own rate of development.

Sensitivity
We believe in the importance of regular follow-up and feed-back. Sensitivity for us is about listening to the needs and wishes of both customers and employees. This is why we constantly measure our performance and how well we live up to their expectations.
