Child Watabaran Center Nepal
We are very proud of the Child Watabaran Center Nepal that we started in February 2002. It is an independant, self-sufficient environmental school for street-children in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The purpose of CWCN is to offer street-children in Kathmandu the opportunity of choosing a differnt life to that on the streets. The goal is to reintegrate the children into a normal life in their society. Since the start in 2002 over a dozen children have left the school for a life on their own. Read more.
Xdin Academy
The purpose of the series of lectures is to create a forum for competence development for those consultants active within the technology and IT industries, and amongst our customers. Through inspirational and technology-related topics Xdin Academy offers new perspectives and visions to all those in the industry. Read more.
Xcellence
Xcellence is oure internal 10 month management development program for experienced technical or IT consultants. Every year we recruit new consultants, both internally and externally, who aspire to become the leaders of the next generation.
Grants
Every year we award a grant at the University of Halmstad to the macine engineers who have used the capacity of Catia V5 in an exemplary manner when conducting their examination assignments within construction. Read more.

A network for affinity and development for all women within Xdin.
Networking
Four times every year we gather around 30 of our customers from Calculation & Simulation. The purpose is to create a dialog and the exchange experiences.
