To bring those who missed out up to speed I'll make a short summary: We're building 3 houses of which 2 will serve as home for 60 kids and the 3:rd will be used for school and administration. We've just selected Contractor to make the buildings as described in drawings submitted to them. (That was basically it back then).

So, what's happened since last time around?

As the initial designer has been replaced by another company some question-marks have arisen. As some land-slide might occur at the property the opinion that the foundation needs to be reinforced has been expressed.
