At Xdin we value individual freedom. This means that you as an employee are free to choose the assignments you want to work on, your salary, benefits and educational courses. We believe that true commitment comes from allowing people to influence their own situation and development.

The Xdin model
Everything is based on our cornerstone “Contented employees + Contented customer = Profitability”. All three parts are equally important, are linked together and influence each other. This cornerstone together with our freedom of choice and our salary models constitutes the very Xdin model itself. Surveys show that we are on the right track. Xdin’s Contented Customer Index scores 3.5 out of 4 and the Contented Employee Index is 88 %. The Xdin model provides our customers with the most committed technical and IT consultants.
Constant new challenges
With us you’re in the driving seat when it’s time for new challenging tasks. When you as an employee choose your assingments yourself our customers receive someone they know really burns for what they’re doing. Depending on competence, career plans or a changing life situation there may well be a reason for carefully selecting the next step. Is the challenge in developing within a new area that means changing department, city or country? Nothing is imposible at Xdin. The most important thing is that you sahre our commitment and do your utmost for our customers.
Competence development
Each year all of our employees can choose between more than 80 free eductional courses through our intranet. What sets us apart from many others is that it is you who chooses if and when you want to attend. Not your boss. (Courses are mainly held during evenings and weekends so as to not interfere with your assignments). Each year we also admit a number of people to our internal 10 month management program Xcellence.
Salary according to performance
Our performance-based salary models create commitment and an entreprenerial spirit. This combined with the security of a permanent position has contributed to our strong growth and and our high Contented Customer Index. Due to the fact that we are open concerning what we charge for, all Xdin-ers have a high degree of business understanding.
Important choices
At Xdin you as an employee get to use the money you earn. If you prefer a higher salary payment rather than a company car or if you’d rather take out a smaller amount and save to extend and secure your parental leave? Other choices include, for example, pension funds, insurances, healthcare, wellness, personal coach or external courses that we don’t offer in our standard range.
Getting on well at work
Customer surveys show that Xdin is characterized by commitment, sensitivity, competence and creativity. With our attendance rate of 98,7 % we are convinced that our Xdin model creates the involvement and commitment that enables us to enjoy being at work and to want to exceed the customers’ expectations. Few employees leave us for similar positions with our industry colleagues. Why this is so probably depends on who you ask. After all, it’s very individual.
