Even if we all have different salary models it is our conviction that remuneration based on performance is the best route and that excellence must be rewarded.
As per then norm you will enjoy an individual development plan the difference being that with us you get to choose your own courses from Xdin’s training portal. If you want to learn more about project management or advanced surface modeling in 3D no-one is going to stand in your way.
The flexibility in the salary system also provides you with the opportunity of receiving full salary even during parental leave.
