- Direct search in the Jobsites
- Searching profiles in the corporate tools
- Managing of the CV's received by internal sources (employees references, ALTEN Web. . .)
- CV's screening
- First phone screening with candidates to validate the profile
- Interviews scheduling for the Managers
- Asking candidates to fill in the technical profile
- Reporting of candidates information on the internal tools
- Feedback about the status of the selection processes to the Managers
- Reporting of information: weekly, quarter, semiannual and annual.
- Promote alternative ways of capturing CV's
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•B.S., preferred but not required.
•Technical training in IT or Engineering profiles a plus.
•Excellent level in Office tools (especially Word and Excel).
•Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented
•Interpersonal and communication skills
