Tasks

  • Definition of job descriptions with the Managers
  • Publishing job offers in the different Jobsites, and updating regarding the needs
  • Direct search in the Jobsites
  • Searching profiles in the corporate tools
  • Managing of the CV's received by internal sources (employees references, ALTEN Web. . .)
  • CV's screening
  • First phone screening with candidates to validate the profile
  • Interviews scheduling for the Managers
  • Asking candidates to fill in the technical profile
  • Reporting of candidates information on the internal tools
  • Feedback about the status of the selection processes to the Managers
  • Reporting of information: weekly, quarter, semiannual and annual.
  • Promote alternative ways of capturing CV's



Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•B.S., preferred but not required.
•Technical training in IT or Engineering profiles a plus.
•Languages (English).
•Excellent level in Office tools (especially Word and Excel).
•Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented
•Autonomous
•Initiative
•Interpersonal and communication skills
•Team working
