Recruitment process

Simple, direct, efficient, in only two steps:

Step 1: Career Path analysis in a phone interview

A HR Partner will contact you to verify the information on your application (availability, qualifications, professional goals).

Step 2: Interview with a Manager

A Manager will conduct your first face-to-face interview to give you a detailed introduction to the company, our areas of specialisation and business sectors, and to speak with you about your aspirations and experience.

 A second interview could then be held, sometimes together with our engineering teams, to better define your future role at ALTEN and discuss the types of projects best suited to you.
